Restaurant, Bar & Lounge

At the Spedition, you will find regional cuisine flirting in sometimes bold and unconventional urban interpretation. But the focus is always on the original product.

We cultivate feel-good cuisine, speaking to both heart and stomach, and always bursting with flavor.

Spedition from sunrise to sunset

Lose yourself in the rich breakfast buffet, served daily from 7:30 to 11:00.

At lunchtime, enjoy one of our light and healthy meat dishes - or choose from a variety of vegetarian or vegan menus.

In the afternoon we serve mature cheeses and spicy sausage specialties with a cool glass of wine.

Spedition in the evening

Have a look over the chefs' shoulders into the steaming pots: the open kitchen lets you share in the experience of how your menu is created.

Enjoy our modern cuisine in the evening: in-house matured beef, fish specialties as well as vegan/vegetarian dishes - or traditional dishes such as the Bratwurst made to our own recipe, or a real Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Rösti, ...

High quality meat - carefully matured in house

We love good meat. That's why we buy from select suppliers and finish our meats in-house.
Directly at the entrance are our favorites: the two maturing cabinets for the meat

 

We buy the entrecôte from trusted farmers in the Simmental and Emmental just three days after slaughter. For 21 days we let it mature carefully in our maturing cabinet - temperature and humidity exactly adjusted for the meat. The entrecôte tastes like the meadow on which the beef has grazed - you will recall its tenderness and flavor for a long time to come...
